Jigme Thinley
Civil Servant
Mr. Jigme Thinley is working as a Senior Program Officer in the Entrepreneurship Promotion Division, Department of Employment and Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. He graduated from Sherubtse College, Royal University of Bhutan, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography in 2012 and completed the Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Administration (PGDPA) from the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) in 2013. He is also a certified CEFE (Competency-based Economy through Creation of Enterprise) trainer experienced in entrepreneurship development.
10 years of work experience in civil service facilitating youth entrepreneurship with special focus program planning, startup event management and training coordination effort.
