<p>The project aims to establish Semi-Automatic Panner Production unit, with the production capacity of 25 kilo fresh and hygienic paneer per day using 350 liters of milk. This will provide market space for local dairy farms of Samtse, especially to the youths with dairy farms being established through loans. This project shall in overall, promote rural dairy business in Samtse, encourage maximum youths in dairy farming, and shall enhance dairy production within the nation, thus, reduce the import and achieve self-sufficiency, as per the Government objectives of 13th Five Year Pan.&nbsp;</p>
